Date added: 12/13/2016 The Gluten Free Market is Growing Faster Than Ever


It’s no surprise that the presence of gluten free items in grocery stores and on restaurant menus is becoming more and more common. Just a mere five years ago, we wouldn’t have seen the wide variety of products that we see today. According to Hexa Research the gluten free market is estimated to grow at an approximate compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.4% between 2016 and 2024. This is great news for those of us who are gluten intolerant or living with celiac disease. This growth will ultimately increase the amount of gluten free products available, as well as their variety. Currently, the largest segment of gluten free food available is bakery items, so say hello to more foods we enjoy in other categories we love!

As a gluten free food manufacturer ourselves, we look forward to the expansion of this market and we are excited to grow with it. There are many ways in which we are currently taking steps to expand. You may have tried a sample of our new gluten free buns during our Thanksgiving special just a few weeks ago, but soon you will be able to purchase them directly from our website. We are excited to announce that we will be offering gluten free buns and bread to order! So stay tuned, because these delicious options will be available to you soon. In addition to this, we are continuously taking steps to find new avenues in which to share our products. We are expanding our sales team to help us grow into new distribution markets, and we hope to grow this area of our business within the next year.
