Have you tried a gluten free grilled cheese sandwich yet? Grilled cheese sandwiches are such a staple in fall and winter (and if you have kids probably year round!). If you have celiac or a gluten intolerance you don’t need to skip out this yummy sandwich. Be creative and mix your cheeses to make yourself an adult grilled cheese!
- 4 slices of OMG It’s Gluten Free Bread or OMG It’s Gluten Free 5 Grain Bread
- Your choice of natural cheese (colby and cheddar, asiago, cheddar, and Muenster, or just plain cheddar!)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
Melt two tablespoons of butter in your skillet. While the butter is melting put your sandwich together. Grab the variety of cheeses you want to be melted and put them in between your OMG It’s gluten free bread. Watch your butter to make sure you don’t burn it. Brush each side of your sandwich with the butter (the outside of the bread only). Melt the last tablespoon of butter in your skillet. When melted cook your sandwich until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted in the middle!
